LEGAL AUDITING

                         INTRODUCTION

Legal auditing is a process by which the management will be able to know the legal strength of its organization. It helps the management to take timely preventive and curative measures. 

A.      Objectives

It is very difficult for a small enterprise to have a legal department and thus insulate against the legal invasions.  Its objective is to identify the level of legal compliance and risk of an organization and enable the management to take steps to make the organization compliant with laws and regulations

B.  Methodology

A team of experts in the legal fields securitize and identify the regulatory scope and laws applicable to the company and have a local visit for interviews and discussion with the management.  The report is prepared after details analysis and submitted to the management for follow up and remediation.
